Australian Diversity Consultants is one of Australia's most experienced diversity consulting groups, providing value-adding services in managing diversity and organisational development that help companies meet their business goals.
Founder and Principal Duncan Smith launched the consultancy in 1991. Since then, ADC has drawn on the resources of Associates Jennifer Hutt, Tom Verghese, and Brian D'Netto.
