serious consulting is the brainchild of Rudy Pilotto and Jonathon O'Donnell-Young, who bring together a unique combination of skills and extensive international experience in organizational psychology and high technology management respectively.
The principals have extensive experience in implementing significant improvements in major IT projects and have assembled a world class team of consultants to deliver serious solutions that work to your business. Our collaborative work approach ensures that skills are transferred to the client as part of our value added approach.
Rudy Pilotto
Rudy Pilotto specializes in organizational change, leadership, teamwork, performance improvement and total quality management. A registered organizational psychologist with over twelve years experience in the field, Rudy consults to companies seeking to achieve cultural change that will deliver peak performance and sustainable, measurable benefits.
He has worked on some of the largest cultural change initiatives undertaken in Australia, and has worked closely with many multinational companies, including Ericsson, Symbian and Alcoa in many countries including the USA, UK, Australia, Sweden, Norway, Hong Kong and The Netherlands.
Prior to working as a management consultant Rudy worked as a lecturer in Organizational Behaviour and Psychology at the Victoria University of Technology in Australia.
Jonathan O'Donnell-Young
Jonathan O'Donnell-Young specializes in helping companies achieve world-class performance in software development and deployment. He has twelve years experience in leading teams in high tech organizations.
Jonathan's previous roles include Business Manager for an Australian network management software development company, General Manager- R&D for a software development company and Australian Services General Manager for a multinational telecommunications equipment provider - one of the youngest managers to hold such a position.
Jonathan has delivered impressive results in business development, project management, process management and customer service.A strong believer in empowering employees and developing human capital, Jonathan has successfully initiated and led many successful performance improvement programs. He has worked extensively in Europe, Scandinavia, South East Asia, South Africa & South America.
