Domaine Chandon
Domaine Chandon Australia is dedicated to producing premium quality Methode Traditionnelle sparkling wines from the classic Champagne grapes, Chardonnay, Pinot Noir and Pinot Meunier.
The Winery
The original 1880's homestead was renovated and linked to the winery by a colonnade styled on traditional Champagne architecture. Guided tours take visitors through the exhibition area, winery and riddling hall where the traditional method of sparkling wine production is explained.
The tour ends in the spectacular Green Point Room offering the most seductive views in the Yarra Valley and out over the Great Dividing Range. Here you can sample the Domaine Chandon Wines with an accompanying gourmet platter.
Domaine Chandon, situated in the picturesque Yarra Valley is just 25 minutes by car from The Country Place and 45 minutes from Flowerdale Estate. A visit to the winery is often described as "the highlight of our conference event".

The Summit Group has made special arrangements for private winery visits for groups from 10 to 80 people. Call us for dates, times and tasting options.
Transport and Bookings
Coaches can be arranged to transport your group. Minimum of 10. Allow 3-4 hours for the visit. 21 days advance booking required. Cost on application depending on numbers.
