DIRECTIONS FROM C.B.D. VIA HUME HWY

• Go onto Hume Hwy heading north.
• Continue on until Broadford / Flowerdale exit (Melways 610 - M8).
• Turn right and cross over the freeway following the Strath Creek Road to the Strath Creek Store - approx 16 kms.
• Turn right at the Strath Creek store (Munro Street which becomes Broadford / Flowerdale Road) indicated by the Flowerdale Estate sign and continue on for approx 5 kms.
• The Estate entrance is on the left. (Melways 610 N8)

VIA MAROONDAH HWY

• Join Maroondah Hwy at Box Hill (Melways 47 B9).
• Continue along past Chirnside Park Shopping Centre (Melways 37 - G5).
• As Hwy changes from three lanes into two lanes, you turn left onto Victoria Road (Melways 38 - B5).
• Continue on for 7.36km and turn right onto McIntyre Lane Melways 274 - D12).
• Continue along McIntyre Lane until you reach the end and turn left onto Melba Hwy. (Melways 275 - A11).
• Go straight along Melba Hwy through Yarra Glen.
• After Yarra Glen continue along Melba Hwy for approx 30 minutes until you reach Glenburn (Melways 610 - Q10).
• Turn left at Glenburn and continue along until you reach the end - T intersection - approx 14 kms.
• Turn left and continue until you reach the Strath Creek / Seymour turn off (Broadford / Flowerdale Road) approx 6 kms on your right.
• The Estate is approx 8 kms down the road to Strath Creek on the right hand side indicated by the Flowerdale Estate sign (Melways 610 N8)

DIRECTIONS FROM C.B.D. VIA WHITTLESEA

• Begin at Queens Parade (Melways 44 - A2). Queens Parade becomes Heidelberg Road.
• Continue along Heidelberg Road turning left onto Station Street Fairfield (Melways 30 - K12).
• Continue along Station Street this becomes Albert Street (also known as Plenty Valley Hwy) proceed until you come to the Plenty Road Junction (Melways 19 - 8A). Turn Right.
• Follow Plenty Road (also known as Plenty Valley Hwy) through Bundoora and on to Whittlesea (Melways 18, 19, 9, 183, 244 & 246).
• At Whittlesea, Plenty Road becomes Macmeikan Street - which becomes Beech Street.
• Carry straight on until you come to the roundabout. Go straight across the roundabout and continue along this road (Yea Road) to Flowerdale (approx 30 mins Melways 610 - P9).
• After passing the Flowerdale Hotel which is on the left, turn left at the turn off to Strath Creek/Seymour - Broadford Flowerdale Road.
• The Estate is approx. 8kms down this road on the right hand side indicated by the Flowerdale Estate sign. (Melways 610 N8)

FROM TULLAMARINE AIRPORT

1. Take city bound lane of the Tullamarine Fwy (Melways 5 - D6).
2. Turn left onto Western Ring Road (Melways 16 - A1).
3. Continue along Western Ring Road until you reach the Hume Hwy (Melways 7 - F11).
4. Turn left onto Hume Hwy heading north and continue on to the Broadford / Flowerdale exit (Melways 610 - M8).
5. Turn right and cross over the freeway following the Strath Creek Road to the Strath Creek Store - approx 16 kms.
6. Turn right at the store (Munro Street which becomes Broadford / Flowerdale Road) indicated by the Flowerdale Estate sign and continue on for approx 5 kms.
7. The Estate entrance is on the left..(Melways 610 N8)

ALTERNATIVE DIRECTIONS FROM THE EASTERN SUBURBS

FROM WILLIAMSONS ROAD NORTH BOUND:

1. Follow Williamsons road north (Melway 33 - D12) into Fitzsimons Lane (Melway 33 - G3) continue on to the Main Road roundabout (Melways 21 - G10 )
2. Turn right into Main Road, continue along this road. Please note road changes name to Eltham-Yarra Glen Road (Melway 22 - K1 & Melway 23 - A1)
3. In Kangaroo Ground follow the road to the right which goes to St Andrews i.e. the Kangaroo Ground - St Andrews Road (Melways 271 - E9)
4. At St Andrews turn right into Caledonia Street heading to Kinglake (Melways 250 - E11)
5. Continue along to Kinglake West and turn right into road C725 (Melways 610 - N11)
6. At Flowerdale continue past the Flowerdale hotel until you reach the Broadford/Flowerdale road C382 Turn left towards to Strath Creek (Melway 610 P9)
7. Approximately 6 km along, on your right is the Estate entrance is on the right.(Melways 610 N8)

FROM SPRINGVALE ROAD NORTH BOUND:

1. From the north end of Springvale Road turn right into Reynold's Road (Melways 34 - G7 )
2. Turn left into Tindals road and then right into Harris Gully Road shortly thereafter (Melways 35 - A7 )
3. At the Heidelberg-Warrandyte Road roundabout turn right towards Warrandyte (Melways 35 - D2)
4. In Warrandyte turn right at the roundabout turn right towards Kangaroo ground onto the Kangaroo Ground - Warrandyte Road. (Melways 23 - F11)
5. In Kangaroo Ground follow the road to the right which goes to St Andrews i.e. the Kangaroo Ground - St Andrews Road (Melways 271 - E9)
6. At St Andrews turn right into Caledonia Street headking to Kinglake (Melways 250 - E11)
7. Continue along to Kinglake West and turn right into road C725 (Melways 610 - N11)
8. At Flowerdale continue past the Flowerdale Hotel until you reach the Broadford/Flowerdale road C382 Turn left towards to Strath Creek (Melway 610 P9)
