Conference Games
Let the Games Begin!
Participants are divided into 4 different teams. They compete against one another in a range of fun games and activities. The Conference Games is a wonderful activity that encourages interaction, relationship building, team unity and fun.
The team who wins each game receives points (sometimes points are awarded to the losing team just because we feel sorry for them!), with the team on the highest score crowned as the Champion team. Fun prizes are awarded to all teams.
The games themselves are designed to ensure that they are:
- Easy
- Team oriented
- Highly Interactive
- Fun
There is a mix of active, passive, creative and down right crazy games. For an hour session there are usually 6-7 games. This ensures that there is a real mix to suit all personalities.
The Conference Games can be delivered as a 30 minute, 45 minute or 1-2 hour session. This flexibility allows the Conference Games to be delivered as a conference kick start, after lunch wake up or afternoon celebration.
